Cassandra S. Prather, MD

Bio

Dr. Prather was born and raised in northeastern Indiana, and received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from Indiana University. Her research interests are focused on the intersection of pediatric oncology, infectious disease, and immunology, and she is passionate about identifying risk factors for, and decreasing the incidence of, infectious complications and other immunologic sequelae in pediatric cancer patients, and improving outcomes in patients with hematologic malignancies. In her free time, Dr. Prather enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming, and playing board games.
